·      Please keep our colleague Adam Barton and wife, Julie, in your prayers.  Julie is having a major surgery on Friday.  Pray that the doctors have wisdom with her surgery, and the planning of follow-up treatments after her recovery!

·      It was great to see everyone at the AP conference!  I also trust you had a great Thanksgiving Break with your families, too!

·      Southern Hancock’s Education Foundation’s Arts Gala was last night.  This is our primary fundraiser.  As the president of our foundation, my hat is off to the dedicated volunteers who put together a great event, and for all the great supporters who made the event a GREAT success!

November 16 Post: CONFERENCE DETAILS

GOOD AFTERNOON!  HERE'S SOME OF THE LATEST INFORMATION REGARDING THE ASSISTANT PRINCIPALS' CONFERENCE THAT KICKS OFF TOMORROW MORNING!  I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING ALL OF YOU IN THE MORNING!

• As you probably know, due to construction at the Downtown Marriott, the AP Conference has a new site:  The JW Marriott
• Conference Registration:  1st Floor Lobby Area of the JW Marriott
• INALI Cohort 4 will meet at 8:00 AM in in Meeting Room G, also on the first floor of the JW Marriott.  (I am not certain, but as I recall from past meetings at the JW, after registering, you may need to go to the second floor and go the escalator down on the southside to access the meeting rooms.)
• First General Session: White River Ballroom F @ 8:45 AM (just around the corner from our meeting room)
• Concurrent Sessions: 1st & 2nd floor meeting rooms
• The Assistant Principals Reception: 4:45-6:15 PM in the High Velocity Sports Bar in the lobby area
• Saturday's Sessions: 1st Floor with Breakfast, Dave Emmert, and the Keynote Address all in the White River Ballroom
• Lodging: If you made reservations at the Marriott, your reservation has been transferred to the JW Marriott complex. Reservations can still be made at the JW Marriott using this link 
• Parking.  You may access self-parking at the JW Marriott off of Washington Street pat the Courtyard and SpringHill Suites hotels.  A 2^nd entrance is off of Maryland street.  Again, all Downtown Marriott prices will be honored.  A parking map has also been attached to this email.
